Cluster Sales Manager

**Bedrijf**:
Deze groep heeft een breed portfolio aan hotels over heel **Europa**. Binnenkort opent deze groep de deuren van enkele** **nieuwe hotels in **Brussel**. Hiermee vormt het bedrijf een sterke **Cluster van hotels op de Brusselse markt**. De hotels hebben verschillende brands en spreken hierdoor ook een verschillende markten aan.
Deze groep is aan het groeien op de Belgische markt waardoor er nog verschillende nieuwe hotels geopend gaan worden in de toekomst
**Taken**:
Als Cluster Sales manager ben jij het **aanspreekpunt van het commerciële departement** voor klanten, teamleden en andere departementen binnen de hotels. Je identificeert jezelf met het product en werkt een **verdere ontwikkeling** van de hotels in de hand. Je maakt deel uit van het pre-opening team en positioneert de nieuwe hotels op de markt.
- Volgens de 'corporate strategy' worden **sales objectieven en jaarplannen** uitgewerkt, en vervolgens vertaald naar acties
- Actieve **prospectie **van de lokale markt en het zoeken van nieuwe **opportuniteiten**:
- Je bouwt actief aan de verdere ontwikkeling van een **intern en extern netwerk**:
- Onderhouden van **contacten **en regelmatig **bezoeken **van nieuwe en bestaande klanten
- Het **creëren van zichtbaarheid** staat bovenaan je prioriteitenlijst. Je bent aanwezig op inhouse **evenementen**, **network events**, **beurzen **en **workhops**:
- Je draagt bij aan een **uitzonderlijke gastenservice **en stuurt bij waar nodig
- Tenslotte ben je een actief lid van het **management team**
**Profiel**:
Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met een **bewezen track-record in sales**, bij voorkeur in de **hotellerie**. Je beschikt over juiste vaardigheden om **strategische lijnen** uit te zetten voor het sales departement op Cluster niveau.

- Je hebt **commerciële **flair en legt snel nieuwe contacten
- Je speekt **Nederlands **en **Frans**:
- Je beschikt over een **rijbewijs** en bent bekend met de regio Brussel
- Je bent **matuur **en hebt een **professioneel **voorkomen
- Je hebt sterke **interpersoonlijke vaardigheden**, **communiceert **effectief en leert graag nieuwe mensen kennen
