**Introductie**
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our reputable logistics company. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base.

- Fluency in French and English, with basic knowledge of Dutch.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the major actors in the European Union logistics market.
- Strong customer focus and a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
- Ability to think creatively and generate new ideas for business development.
- Experience in staff recruitment and team leadership is an advantage.

- Utilize your fluency in French, English, and basic knowledge of Dutch to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Possess a degree in Sales, Economics, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in sales principles and strategies.
- Leverage your experience in logistics and knowledge of the major actors in the European Union to identify potential business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, focusing on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Drive sales results by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Exhibit a high level of energy and enthusiasm, motivating both yourself and the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excel as a communicator, effectively conveying the value of our services to prospective clients and building strong rapport.
- Bring innovative ideas for staff recruitment and lead generation to contribute to the growth of the sales department.
