- De behoeften van de klanten identificeren en generieke of klantspecifieke oplossingen aanreiken. Spontaan alternatieven voorstellen indien een product niet beschikbaar is. Invoeren en opvolgen van offertes en bestellingen (aanmaak en follow-up van dossiers, reserveringen, bestellingen, relances). De logistiek van de prestaties coördineren in samenspraak met de collega’s van de exploitatie en de planning. Klantgegevens up to date houden en klachten of mogelijke geschillen behandelen.
**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
- Je bent Nederlandstalig (Frans is een pluspunt). Een eerste customer care ervaring (zelfs als jobstudent) is een extra troef. Je hebt commerciële feeling, bent proactief, dynamisch en polyvalent. Je bent stipt en georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail in je dossiers. Je bent klant
- en relatiegericht en vlot aan de telefoon. Je bent bij de pinken, resultaatgericht en stressbestendig.
