ABO-Group is een beursgenoteerd geheel van geïntegreerde engineering & testing ondernemingen, actief op vlak van bodem, milieu, geotechniek, energie, grondwaterbeheersing en afval. ABO-Group werkt met ca. 600 multidisciplinaire experten in haar thuislanden België, Nederland en Frankrijk en heeft de ambitie om via organische groei, consolidatie en acquisities haar omzet te vergroten en haar activiteitenpalet uit te breiden binnen en buiten Europa.

Als corporate communications coordinator binnen ABO-Group speel je een cruciale rol in zowel de ontwikkeling als de implementatie van onze communicatiestrategieën. Je inzet is gericht op het versterken van de zichtbaarheid en het begrip van ons merk, terwijl je ook bouwt aan duurzame relaties met belangrijke (interne) stakeholders en partners. Jouw vermogen om complexe informatie te vertalen in heldere, overtuigende communicatie speelt een sleutelrol in het bevorderen van onze bedrijfsdoelstellingen en het verhogen van onze

**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Het bepalen en implementeren van een effectieve communicatiestrategie die onze bedrijfsdoelstellingen ondersteunt.
- Fungeren als officiële woordvoerder van de organisatie, waarbij zowel intern als extern de belangen en visies van de CEO worden vertegenwoordigd.
- Het effectief overbrengen van het standpunt van het bedrijf, het beantwoorden van vragen van media en stakeholders, en het onderhouden van een positief imago van de organisatie in de publieke sfeer.
- Intensief samenwerken met de interne directies en corporate marketing & communications officer om onze merkidentiteit en strategische doelstellingen tot uiting te brengen in lijn met onze waarden.
- Het vertalen van onze strategie naar relevante maatschappelijke thema’s en het creëren van boeiende verhalen die resoneren met ons publiek.
- Het verhogen van de zichtbaarheid van ABO-Group en het vergroten van ons bereik, zowel online als offline.

**Jouw profiel**:
We zijn op zoek naar een zelfverzekerde communicator met sterke journalistieke vaardigheden en een passie voor het vertalen van complexe onderwerpen naar begrijpelijke taal. Het ideale profiel omvat:

- Een eerste ervaring in een vergelijkbare communicatiefunctie, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving.
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Een proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken in een dynamische omgeving.
- Sterke overtuigingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met stakeholders op alle niveaus.
- Een passie voor maatschappelijke thema’s en een goed begrip van de actuele ontwikkelingen in de samenleving.
