**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Binnen AG Insurance vormt Program Management Life Insurance de brug tussen de business en het departement IS en staat in voor de coördinatie, het plannen en realiseren van automatiserings-, verbeterings
- en changeprojecten op het vlak van levensverzekeringen, zowel voor distributie via bank als via makelaars.
Deze organisatie is momenteel opgebouwd uit 3 entiteiten:
‘Application support Life Insurance’, met als opdracht de nodige ondersteuning te bieden in het kader van de huidige processen & projecten en een goede werkingskwaliteit van de applicaties te garanderen;
‘Projects & Architecture Life Insurance’, met als opdracht nieuwe projecten/processen binnen de bestaande omgeving uit te werken en om de uitbouw van de toekomstige business architectuur te realiseren;
‘Process & Organisation Life Insurance’, met als opdracht het beheer van de projecten die nauw verbonden zijn met de tools, processen en rapporten die gebruikt worden door de operationele departementen van Life Bank."
Om het team ‘Projects & Architecture Life Insurance’ te versterken, zoeken we nu een
**Project Manager.**
- Je geeft leiding aan een ploeg van hooggekwalificeerde medewerkers. Je creëert een teamgeest en bent in staat om de medewerkers efficiënt en effectief te begeleiden, te ontwikkelen en te motiveren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitvoeren van projecten, het structureren en opvolgen van hun verloop om op die manier de op te leveren resultaten te verzekeren en de risico’s te identificeren.
- In samenwerking met de Business organiseer en prioriteer je de aanvragen. Je organiseert en ondersteunt wederzijdse contacten tussen de projecten, hun sponsors (betrokken Management Teams) en alle andere stakeholders en houdt hen op de hoogte van evolutie en status.
- Je houdt je constant op de van evoluties en ontwikkelingen in de betrokken domeinen. Je houdt je kennis op peil in functie van de wijzigingen op de markt met als doel je geloofwaardigheid te behouden door het leveren van een constante kwalitatieve service.
- Je helpt anderen en motiveert hen om te leren en leerervaringen te delen. Je gaat op zoek naar een richting op de lange termijn. Je bent in staat om creativiteit & innovatie te gebruiken om oplossingen op te bouwen, zelfs in een onzeker domein.

- Je beschikt over een sterke verzekeringstechnische kennis en kennis over verzekeringsproducten en distributiekanalen
- Je beschikt over een gedegen ervaring inzake process, business rule en datamodellering enerzijds en projectmanagement anderzijds
- Business architectuur en applicatiepatrimonium zijn vertrouwde domeinen
- Je hebt een kritische geest, bent goed georganiseerd en werkt op een flexibele en nauwgezette wijze.
- Je hebt bestuurskwaliteiten en hebt 5 jaar ervaring in het domein van project en procesmanagement.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans, kennis van het Engels is een vereiste.
- Je hebt een universitair diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
