**FRONTEND DEVELOPER JUNIOR**

 

Responsabilités Clés:

-   Analyse Front-End:
Travailler étroitement avec l'équipe de développement pour concevoir et itérer des interfaces utilisateur qui sont intuitives, réactives et adaptées aux besoins uniques des professionnels de la justice pénale.
-   Gestion des Incidents:
  Servir de premier point de contact pour le signalement et la gestion des incidents, assurant une résolution rapide et efficace des problèmes affectant la performance du système et l'expérience utilisateur.

Coordonner avec les équipes IT, de développement et les parties prenantes pour prioriser les réponses aux incidents et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives.

Développer et maintenir des protocoles et de la documentation de gestion des incidents, y compris des procédures d'escalade et une analyse post-incident.

Faciliter la communication entre les départements pour assurer la transparence et l'efficacité dans les processus de résolution d'incidents.
- **  Qualifications **_
-   Expérience avérée en développement ou analyse Front-End.
- Expérience en gestion des incidents, support IT ou dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans un contexte judiciaire ou de gestion de cas.
- Maîtrise de HTML, CSS, JavaScript, et familiarité avec les frameworks Front-End (par ex., React, Angular).
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de multitâche et de priorisation dans un environnement à rythme rapide.
- Fortes compétences en communication et interpersonnelles, capable de travailler en collaboration avec des équipes techniques et non techniques.
- La connaissance ou l'expérience dans le domaine de la justice pénale est un plus.
- Une très bonne connaissance du français
- Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais
