onze klant gaan we op zoek naar hun noden binnen het domein van
debiteurenbeheer, en stellen we een oplossing op maat voor. We bieden een
unieke combinatie aan van kennis, credit professionals en software.

Voor ons contact center Care & Collect zijn we op zoek naar een fijne collega om ons AAA-team te ondersteunen.

**Opdrachtgever**:
Je werkt als Credit Agent binnen onze afdeling Care & Collect.

**Wat zijn je taken?**:
Binnen onze interne dienst debiteurenbeheer, sta je in voor het opvolgen van de openstaande klantenvorderingen. Je doet dat op een klantvriendelijke maar doelbewuste manier.
Daartoe voer je telefonische gesprekken met externe partijen.

Je komt terecht in een jeugdig en enthousiast team.

**Wat is jouw profiel?**:

- Je bent vlot tweetalig (ndl - fr) en kan goed zakelijk communiceren.
