Als Junior Regulatory Affairs Manager maak je deel uit van de **Corporate Affairs** afdeling. De afdeling Corporate Affairs staat centraal in de relaties van Luminus met overheden, toezichthouders en besluitvormers.

Het departement vergemakkelijkt de uitwisselingen tussen deze instellingen en de operationele activiteiten van Luminus, dient als interface om de autoriteiten te informeren over de prioriteiten en uitdagingen van Luminus en om de regelgeving waarin het bedrijf opereert te verduidelijken.

De afdeling speelt ook een sleutelrol bij het creëren van langdurige partnerschappen tussen deze instellingen en Luminus om een omgeving te creëren die bevorderlijk is voor het uitvoeren van haar activiteiten in het belang van de samenleving.

**Jouw Missie
Vandaag staan we voor drie belangrijke uitdagingen die om een dringende aanpak vragen, namelijk: klimaat, bevoorradingszekerheid en betaalbaarheid van energie. Europa verankerde daarom een doelstelling om in 2050 klimaatneutraal te zijn en stippelde hiervoor een klimaat
- en energiebeleid uit. België is, net als de andere lidstaten, op haar beurt verantwoordelijk voor de omzetting van dit Europese beleid naar federale en regionale wetgeving. Dit proces geeft aanleiding tot heel wat studies en stakeholdersconsultaties door verscheidene instanties (regulatoren, overheidsdiensten, netbeheerders, studiediensten).

Als Junior Manager Regulatory Affairs analyseert u deze publicaties en helpt u enerzijds gepaste reacties op te zetten in het kader van Luminus’ activiteiten en gaat u anderzijds op zoek naar opportuniteiten voor de activiteiten van Luminus en haar filialen (productie, verkoop en energiediensten).

Hierbij rapporteert u aan de Sr. Regulatory Manager Environment & Europe in de afdeling Corporate Affairs.

**Takenpakket**:
Onder toezicht van de Sr. Regulatory Manager Environment & Europe voert u volgende taken uit:

- In specifieke dossiers, technische en inhoudelijke ondersteuning bieden aan het Corporate Affairs team om het standpunt en de belangen van Luminus te vertegenwoordigen naar overheden, federaties en andere marktspelers toe door onder andere opvolging en analyse van studies over de energie
- en klimaattransitie.
- Opvolgen en analyseren van zowel opportuniteiten als bedreigingen in de Europese, federale, regionale en lokale politieke omgeving waarbinnen Luminus actief is (energie, klimaat, mobiliteit, energiediensten,).
- Financieel-economische analyses van de daaruit voortvloeiende maatregelen in de energiemarkt.
- Ondersteuning in de opbouw van subsidiedossiers
- Universitair diploma: bij voorkeur handelsingenieur of economische wetenschappen
- Brede interesse voor de energiesector en de energietransitie
- Passie voor het technisch regulatoir kader in de energiesector
- Perfecte beheersing van NL en FR (en goede kennis van EN)
