Het 4* Radisson Blu Hotel, Hasselt is gelegen in het centrum van Hasselt en beschikt over
126 kamers, 14 multi-functionele vergaderzalen, Rooftop Bar Bon’Air en Bistro Green House.
Het hotel maakt deel uit van de groep GL Hospitality, een jonge en dynamische hotelgroep gebaseerd in Hasselt, die verschillende internationale hotel brands omvat. GL Hospitality telt vandaag 5 hotels in Vlaanderen en Wallonië.
TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
- Hartelijk verwelkomen van gasten, deze voorzien van de nodige inlichtingen, de verzorging van administratie voor check-in en het wegwijs maken van de gast in het hotel.
- Informeren van gasten over bezienswaardigheden, winkelcentra, restaurants, openbaar vervoer enz.
- Oplossen van problemen of klachten volgens richtlijnen en naar behoefte van de gast.
- Regelen van interne en externe reservaties (boekingen, vervoer, restaurant, etc.)
- Verzorgen van de administratie voor check-out: controleren van de rekeningen, incasseren en controleren van betalingsmiddelen. Tellen van de kasse en afgifte van ontvangen bedragen na afloop van dienst aan Finance.
- Toezicht houden op in
- en uitgaande gasten, signaleren van ongewenste bezoekers.
- Verwerken van documenten m.b.t. verhuur van kamers en verblijf van gasten.
- Boekhoudkundige verwerkingen, opstellen van kassa-rapporten en het opmaken van checklists (kamerverhuur, reserveringen, annulaties, enz.), klasseren van documenten.
- Operationele instructies geven aan de betrokken departementen (restaurant, schoonmaakdienst, room-service).
- Rapporteren aan verantwoordelijken en collega’s over de stand van zaken tijdens de shift en bij overdracht van de dienst.
- Verzorgen van briefwisseling, verzenden van documentatie, verdelen van de post en het doorgeven van berichten.
- Bediening van telefooncentrale volgens brand standards, verstrekken van inlichtingen, registreren van reservaties, noteren van boodschappen en doorverbinden van gesprekken met bevoegden.
- Milieubewust meewerken aan de beveiliging van het hotel: brandbeveiliging, gezondheids
- en veiligheidswetgeving.
PROFIEL
- Een sales-minded receptionist met passie voor het vak
- Een flexibele, stressbestendige teamplayer met een “Yes I Can”-attitude
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als hotelreceptionist
- Scherp oog voor details.
- Je bent enthousiast, creatief en georganiseerd in je werk.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en stelt je collegiaal op in het team.
- Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
- Het spreekt voor zich dat je je flexibel kan opstellen naar werktijden toe (incl. feestdagen en weekends).
