En tant que HR Manager chez notre client, vous aurez l'opportunité unique de jouer un rôle crucial dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie RH de la société belge avec des bureaux internationaux. **Requirements**:
**Ce que nous attendons de vous**:

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le HR Management, vous connaissez votre domaine et savez vous informer et vous mettre à jour.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de leadership
- Enthousiasme pour l'investissement à impact et le développement durable
- Flexibilité, proactivité et orientation vers les résultats
- Autonomie et esprit d'entreprise
- La connaissance de l'anglais est essentielle, celle du néerlandais et/ou du français étant un atout supplémentaire.
- Affinité avec le secteur de l'investissement
- L'écoute, le point de contact et le guide pour la direction et les employés
- Confidentialité et professionnalisme
