**Jouw uitdaging**:
Je managet de chemische sector en wordt wereldwijd erkend als expert. Je detecteert synergieën en vertaalt marktinzichten naar commercieel beleid. Je bouwt diepgaande relaties op met key accounts en vertegenwoordigt Port of Antwerp Bruges binnen sectororganisaties.
- Diepe kennis van het chemische segment. Verantwoordelijk voor ontwikkeling en beheer van de sector en key accounts.
- Overzicht over de sector, vormgeven van het actieplan volgens de commerciële strategie. Grondige kennis van operationele mogelijkheden en economische shifts.
- Ondersteuning van internationale key accounts. SME voor toegewezen markt. Ontwikkelen van communicatie voor specifieke markt.
- Onderhouden van een breed netwerk binnen de organisatie en met externe partijen. Vertegenwoordigen van het Havenbedrijf op internationale fora.
- Helikopterview over commerciële doelstellingen en activiteiten. Proactieve samenwerking om doelstellingen te bereiken.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je behaalde een masterdiploma of je hebt gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring.
- Je bent op de hoogte van de belangrijke marktontwikkelingen en trends binnen de chemische sector.
- Je bent analytisch, hebt organisatorische vaardigheden, weet de juiste prioriteiten te leggen in een complexe omgeving.
- Je bent een teamplayer en kan een klein team inhoudelijk aansturen.
- Je bent een klantgericht en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Engels als in het Frans en Nederlands. Kennis van bijkomende talen is een pluspunt.
- Je werkt projectmatig om gestelde doelstellingen en deadlines te behalen.
- Je bent in staat om complexe problemen/vraagstukken te vertalen tot behapbare onderdelen.
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht.
