**Responsabilités principales**:
**Stratégie BtoB et innovation en vente**: Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales pour accroître la présence de Decathlon sur le marché BtoB.
**Développement commercial**: Identifier et cibler de nouvelles opportunités de marché, négocier des contrats et finaliser les transactions pour maximiser les revenus et la croissance.
**Création et gestion de nouveaux canaux de vente**: Concevoir et mettre en place une stratégie pour la vente à travers d'autres canaux, tels que les partenariats stratégiques, les affiliations, et les plateformes de vente en ligne tierces, en identifiant les partenaires clés et en structurant les accords pour maximiser la portée et les revenus.
**Management d'équipe**: Gérer et développer une équipe de plusieurs personnes, en encourageant la performance et le développement des compétences.
**Gestion de la relation client**: Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients professionnels.
**Analyse de marché**: Suivre les tendances du marché et analyser les performances des produits BtoB.
**Reporting**: Préparer des rapports détaillés pour la direction sur les progrès et les réalisations (P&L du projet, gestion des impayées, description des projets).
**Compétences requises**:
Expérience en ventes BtoB et en gestion de comptes, idéalement dans le secteur des produits sportifs.
Excellente capacité de négociation, de communication, et compétences avancées en management.
Fortes compétences en leadership, gestion de projets et innovation commerciale.
Capacité à analyser des données de marché et à prendre des décisions stratégiques.
Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'établir des relations avec les clients et les collègues.
Capacité stratégique avec de solides capacités d'analyse et compétences en résolution de problèmes.
Expérience de travail dans un environnement dynamique et rapide, avec la capacité de s'adapter aux changements.
Maîtrise du français et du néerlandais, l'anglais est un plus.
**Qualifications (avantage)**:
Diplôme en commerce, gestion, marketing ou domaine connexe.
Expérience avérée d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste de gestion BtoB, avec expérience en management.
