**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:
**BtoB-strategie en innovatie in verkoop**: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van commerciële strategieën om de aanwezigheid van Decathlon op de BtoB-markt te vergroten.
**Commerciële ontwikkeling**: Identificeren en richten op nieuwe marktkansen, onderhandelen over contracten en afronden van transacties om de inkomsten en groei te maximaliseren.
**Creatie en beheer van nieuwe verkoopkanalen**: Ontwerpen en implementeren van een strategie voor verkoop via andere kanalen, zoals strategische partnerschappen, affiliaties, en online verkoopplatforms van derden, door sleutelpartners te identificeren en overeenkomsten te structureren om bereik en inkomsten te maximaliseren.
**Teammanagement**: Beheren en ontwikkelen van een team van meerdere personen, prestaties en vaardigheidsontwikkeling aanmoedigen.
**Klantrelatiebeheer**: Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met zakelijke klanten.
**Marktanalyse**: Markttrends volgen en de prestaties van BtoB-producten analyseren.
**Rapportage**: Voorbereiden van gedetailleerde rapporten voor het management over de vooruitgang en prestaties (P&L van het project, beheer van onbetaalde facturen, projectbeschrijving).

**Vereiste vaardigheden**:
Ervaring in BtoB-verkoop en accountmanagement, bij voorkeur in de sector van sportproducten.
Uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden, communicatievaardigheden, en gevorderde managementvaardigheden.
Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden, projectmanagement en commerciële innovatie.
Vermogen om marktgegevens te analyseren en strategische beslissingen te nemen.
Uitstekende communicatie
- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen met klanten en collega's.
Strategisch vermogen met sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
Ervaring in een dynamische en snelle omgeving, met het vermogen om zich aan te passen aan veranderingen.
Beheersing van Frans en Nederlands, Engels is een pluspunt.

**Kwalificaties (voordeel)**:
Diploma in handel, management, marketing of gerelateerd gebied.
Bewezen ervaring van minstens 5 jaar in een BtoB-managementfunctie, met ervaring in leidinggeven.
