**Dan ben jij de management trainee die wij zoeken**

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je **start **met een opleiding als **bewakingsagent **en gaat mee het terrein op. Je maakt kennis met de brede waaier aan diensten die Securitas aanbiedt.
- ** Na 6 maanden** groei je door tot **teamleader **(postoverste) waarbij je kennis maakt met het aansturen van een klein team. Stapsgewijs word je ingewijd in de verschillende facetten van een leidinggevende functie binnen Securitas: opstellen procedures, operationele planning.
- Het traineeprogramma **eindigt na 2 jaar** met een functie als **teamcoördinator **(postencoördinator) waarbij je de verantwoordelijkheid hebt over een aantal teamleaders en bewakingsagenten. In deze functie word je nog meer voorbereid op een managementfunctie: people management, leadership, commerciële taken, financiële cijfers,..

Daarna is het aan jou om voor die managementfunctie te gaan

**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**
- Je bent in bezit van een** bachelor of master**.
- Je spreekt **Nederlands **en beschikt over een **goede kennis Frans **en Engels.
- Je hebt **maximum **3 jaar werkervaring**.
- Je hebt flexibel ingesteld en staat open om te starten in een shiftensysteem.
- Je bent een geboren leider die managementambities combineert met een commerciële drive.
- Je onderscheidt jezelf dankzij je ondernemerschap en je hands-on mentaliteit. Het schrikt je niet af verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en zelfstandig te werken.
- Je beschikt over een grote honger om de private bewaking te leren kennen in al zijn facetten. We verwachten van jou een interesse in de technologische beveiligingsoplossingen.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen.
