En tant que Claims Handler Construction, vous conseillez les entreprises clientes dans différents cas de sinistres et vous suivez ces cas de sinistres de vos clients du début à la fin. Vos clients font partie du tissu économique belge, sont actifs dans le secteur de la construction et sont des moyennes et grandes entreprises.
**Beschrijving**
- Vous êtes l'interlocuteur et le confident de vos clients et assurez une gestion personnalisée des sinistres pour vos clients.
- Vous interprétez les rapports de dommages et assurez un règlement correct et efficace des dommages.
- L'accent est mis sur le traitement des demandes dans le cadre de la responsabilité civile liée à la construction.
- Vous assurez un suivi correct et rapide de votre dossier.
- Vous consultez en interne les responsables de compte ou les consultants au sujet des dossiers.
- En tant que médiateur, vous négociez avec les assureurs le règlement des sinistres. Dans les négociations plus difficiles, vous pouvez bien sûr compter sur l'aide de collègues plus expérimentés.
- Vous garantissez une communication de qualité avec les clients, les assureurs et les experts.
- Vous fournissez un retour d'information au département commercial et aux souscripteurs sur le règlement des sinistres par les assureurs et la qualité de la police.
- Vous valorisez la coopération, la collégialité, le dynamisme et la confiance au sein de l'équipe.
**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat. Une expérience dans le domaine des assurances ou de la construction est un atout
- L'intérêt pour les assurances parle de lui-même Vous apportez une forte dose d'enthousiasme et d'énergie, notre client fournit l'éducation et la formation nécessaires. Cela vous permettra de vous perfectionner en tant que spécialiste de l'assurance B2B.
- Outre une parfaite connaissance du néerlandais, la connaissance du français et de l'anglais est un plus.
- Vous avez une capacité d'écoute empathique qui vous permet de comprendre les questions et les problèmes de vos clients.
- Vous aimez négocier et êtes attentif à la gestion des attentes.
- Vous savez comment transmettre des messages difficiles de manière constructive.
- Vous travaillez sur vos dossiers de sinistres de manière autonome et en résolvant les problèmes.
- Vous ferez partie d'une équipe de collègues formidables qui se complètent et s'entraident.
