**Functie**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor dagelijkse communicatie met klanten en leveranciers.
- Het openen en beheren van boekingen en dossiers behoren tot jouw taken.
- Je plaatst boekingen bij leveranciers en handelt expeditiedossiers af tot aan de facturatie.
- Het correct beheren en gebruiken van documenten en vergunningen is cruciaal.
- Je stelt douane-instructies op en coördineert afhalingen met interne afdelingen of externe transporteurs.
- Het volgen van zendingen tot aan de eindbestemming en het aanpakken van eventuele problemen behoren tot je verantwoordelijkheden.

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt ervaring als freight forwarder export air.
- Een grondige kennis van Incoterms, IATA, en vergelijkbare zaken is vereist.
- Je bent flexibel in werkuren en taken.
- Onder stress werk je accuraat en behoud je het overzicht.
- Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste.
