Move forward als Freight Forwarder Airfreight bij DSV in Machelen.

**Over de functie**

Als expediteur binnen de luchtvracht ben je bij DSV verantwoordelijk voor de zendingen van een aantal klanten verschillende klanten. Dit zijn zendingen binnen de mode, automotive, chemie of andere sectoren. Je dag is altijd zeer divers

Je analyseert de samenhang tussen de bedrijfsprocessen, de gebruikersorganisatie & operationele software. Je voert testen uit in pre-productie & productie omgevingen. Je levert support aan key users, tijdens een go live en bemand ook de tweedelijns helpdesk.

**Andere taken**:

- Je verzorgt de dagelijkse service rondom luchtvracht & exportzendingen voor je klanten.
- Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte facturatie en datakwaliteit
- Je werkt nauw samen met het booking & brokerage team
- Je informeert klanten over onregelmatigheden
- Je houdt rekening met alle safety & security regels.

**Profil**:

- Je hebt een eerste ervaring als expediteur luchtvracht
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels
- Je bent stressbestendig en neemt initiatief
