CSR Europe is the leading European business network for **Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility**. CSR Europe is currently looking for a Senior and/or Project Manager that, depending on her/his experience could play a more leading or a more supporting role to the MATERIALS Team.

The MATERIALS team provides our members and project partners with all the support they need to tackle the **EU climate agenda** and deliver a **sustainable transformation of their value chain together with suppliers and relevant stakeholders involved.**

We provide advice to our members on various topics such as:

- How to achieve a **carbon-neutral and sustainable business.**:

- How to **engage with suppliers** to bring them under **scope 3.**:

- How to **source and process materials** with respect for **human rights **as well as the **environment.**:

- In general how to make sure that corporate efforts are having a **positive impact across the whole value chain.**:

- Specifically **what standards to follow** and what **tools to use.**:

- How to **build capacity training for local mining companies** and their suppliers.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You will support CSR Europe in the **setup and running of collaborative groups and platforms** for our members and their stakeholders.
- You will **define and execute online webinars** and **hands-on atelier** series.
- Depending on your experience you will support or run independently one-to-one **consultation services for our members and non-members.**:

- You will do **in-depth research** on numerous relevant topics.
- Establish connections to **build networks with scientists, experts, and local** **and European institutions.**:

- Depending on your experience you will** find and develop business opportunities** for CSR Europe.
- You will participate or/and **represent the organisation in relevant events.**

**MAIN REQUIREMENTS**:
You understand and have practical experience on several of the below topics:

- ** Human Rights and Labour Rights.**:

- **Supply chain sustainability** and **due diligence** concepts.
- Sustainable **sourcing of raw materials.**:

- **GHG management** with a focus on **scope 3.**:

- Capacity building across supply chains.

**_ Professional skills:_**
- You have **2 to 8 years** of relevant working experience preferably across a variety of industries (automotive is an advantage).
- You are a consensus builder by nature and l**ove to facilitate meetings and workshops** with numerous stakeholders.
- You are organized and able to **run various projects in parallel.**:

- You can **communicate clearly** to all type of audiences.
- You like to **work in teams but can also progress by yourself.**:

- Experience in **projects out of Europe** is welcome.
