Om ons departement Strategy & PMO te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Project Manager.

Als Senior project manager voor Brussels airport company krijg je de kans om je stempel te drukken op onze Terminal. Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het volledige traject van diverse luchtvaart gerelateerde projecten, van concept tot oplevering.

**Wat je bij ons zal realiseren**:

- Je beheert en levert diverse luchtvaart gerelateerde projecten op, voornamelijk (maar niet enkel) gerelateerd aan het bouwen en optimaliseren van projecten in en rond de Terminal
- Je zorgt voor de ontwikkeling en opstart van de projecten, en volgt ze op tot de uitvoering en implementatie.
- Je presenteert investeringsvoorstellen aan het senior management, op basis van business forecasts, marktanalyse, strategie en master plan.
- Je vertaalt projectvoorstellen en business cases naar concrete projecten op een proactieve wijze.
- Je bewaakt de afgesproken timing, kost, middelen, omvang, kwaliteit en project portfolio gates.
- Je fungeert als interface voor de informatie doorstroom tussen de producten, projecten en klanten, en zorgt voor een goede communicatie en samenwerking.
- Je controleert en stuurt de projecten bij om de efficiëntie te verhogen, de risico’s te verminderen, de veranderingen te identificeren en de alternatieve oplossingen voor te stellen.
- Je implementeert de standaard project management methodologie en zorgt voor een goede documentatie en rapportering.
- Je onderhoudt regelmatige contacten met de verschillende stakeholders, om hun noden en verwachtingen beter te begrijpen en te voldoen.
- Je coacht minder ervaren collega’s en deelt je kennis en ervaring met hen.

**Wat jou onderscheidt**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring met customer facing, infrastructuur of development projecten.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van business economics en business management.
- Je hebt bewezen ervaring in project management en kunt zelfstandig en in team werken.
- Je hebt bewezen ervaring met prioritisering in complexe omgevingen, management rapportering, process verbetering.
- Je bent flexibel, proactief en klantgericht. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands je kan je verstaanbaar maken in het Engels en Frans.
