ABOUT THE COMPANY
- Design and implement the project organizational structure, delegating responsibilities effectively and ensuring tasks are completed according to plan.
- Contribute to the development of the Request for Proposal (RFP) strategy and oversee its execution.
- Manage risks associated with the project, identifying and prioritizing them alongside stakeholders, and implementing necessary countermeasures or mitigation strategies.
- Foster collaboration between global teams (Procurement, Engineering, QA, EHS) and local teams across multiple countries.
- Support Global Procurement during the supplier selection process, facilitating meetings, managing documentation, and ensuring sourcing approval.
- Conduct performance management on the project, promptly escalating issues and providing monthly reports.
- Design and deliver solutions and processes aligned with project objectives.
- Ensure effective management of the project plan, timeline, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization and support effective communication and stakeholder management at each site.
- Identify and address training needs as necessary.
- Participate in and support project steering meetings, reviewing outsourcing strategies with management.
- Oversee the deployment of FM contracts, managing the transition, mobilization, and stabilization phases, including the implementation of monitoring tools and business continuity plans.
REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS
**Education**:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
**Knowledge**:
- Good understanding of the international Facility Management market.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
- Skills in Performance Management, including LEAN culture and Continuous Improvement.
- Proven track record in project management, particularly with global RFPs.
- Familiarity with engineering activities within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial projects (engineering, maintenance).
- Experience in Operation Excellence, including Maintenance Excellence.
- Extensive experience with global projects involving diverse cultures and working methods.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from VP to technicians.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
**Important**:
- Mandatory experience in facilities management and maintenance.
- Mandatory experience in global facilities management contracts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
