**What are you going to do ?**:
As a Campus Security Manager (CSM), you will lead a team of security personnel, including site managers, field training officers, and security officers. Your responsibility is the delivery of physical security services at one or more assigned datacenters in a specific region. The CSM is committed to developing leadership within the team, focusing on operational effectiveness, outstanding performance, and audit readiness. You will closely collaborate with senior management of Security and Datacenter Operations to develop and execute strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Management of physical security operations at multiple critical infrastructure locations.
- Leadership in the safety program with the goal of zero workplace injuries on-site.
- Active management of security personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, and development.
- Ensuring respectful treatment of all employees.
- Planning, assigning, and managing physical security projects.
- Coaching and implementation of disciplinary measures according to policy.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of security activities and making recommendations for improvement.
- Setting an example of excellent customer service and communication.
**What are our expectations?**:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the security industry and management.
- Associate degree in Security Management or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; experience in a datacenter environment is a plus.
- Willingness to travel (national/international) upon request
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
**Competencies**:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of security procedures and operational management practices.
- Ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment.
