Votre valeur ajoutée pour nos clients ?- En tant que Supply Chain Collaborateur, vous vous assurez en autre de la logistique et de l’approvisionnement stratégique des matériaux nécessaires à l’entretien de nos gares par nos trois équipes de maintenance Technical, Build et Cleaning. Vous contribuez donc directement au confort de vos collègues et des voyageurs.- Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?- Le (la) Supply Chain Collaborateur intégrera le Centre Technique Stations de Liège, vos responsabilités principales seront les suivantes:
- Gestion de stock et approvisionnement des matériaux et consommables:
- Réalise et effectue le maintien de l’inventaire des articles dans l’outil de gestion de maintenance pour les spécialités suivantes :électricité, bâtiment et nettoyage ;
- Demande des devis auprès de nos fournisseurs et effectue le suivi dans le délai imparti;
- Effectue les demandes d’achats et réceptions des marchandises à pied d’œuvre ;
- Effectue en temps utile les réceptions administratives via notre logiciel informatique SAP
- Gestion du magasin et entrepôt:
- Effectue la manutention au sein du magasin et participe à l’amélioration continue de l’ergonomie;
- Maintien l’ordre et la propreté du magasin ;
- Prépare le matériel nécessaire aux interventions et veille à ce que les véhicules de nos opérateurs de terrain soient en permanence équipés du matériel nécessaire ;
- Gestion des équipements/outillages:
- Réalise et met à jour les inventaires et met en œuvre la procédure de déclassement ;
- S’assure du bon fonctionnement et de l’entretien régulier des machines ;
- Initie la procédure d’achat pour l’acquisition et la mise en service d’équipements neufs.
- Nomenclature et floque le matériel au logo de l’entreprise ;
- Suivi des conformités légales des équipements de protection individuels et collectifs:
- Programme et suit les inspections des contrôles légaux ;prend les dispositions pour lever les remarques et infractions qui en découlent
- Gestion des vêtements de travail et chaussures de sécurité:
- Réalise et met à jour les inventaires et veille à la rotation du stock ;
- Organise et effectue un suivi du nettoyage hebdomadaire ;
- Effectue les appels sur nos contrats-cadres pour le renouvellement des articles en fin de vie.
- Gestion du car fleet (véhicules de services):
- Participe à l’inventaire du parc automobile géré par la direction B-ST : camionnettes, voitures et remorques ;
- Organise et effectue le suivi des entretiens, contrôles techniques, remplacement des pneus et réparations de tous les véhicules attribués au centre technique ;
- Informe régulièrement le gestionnaire de flotte de l’état des véhicules.
- Un job fait pour vous ?- Vous êtes en possession d’un certificat d’enseignement secondaire supérieure technique et vous avez une expérience significative dans le domaine de la logistique.
- Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire B.
- Si vous avez obtenu votre diplôme à l'étranger, vous devez être en possession d'une attestation d'équivalence délivrée par la Communauté française pour pouvoir participer à la sélection.**Compétences techniques**
- Expérience dans le domaine des achats de fournitures et de services (marchés publics)
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance des machines stationnaires de travail et outillages à main. Vous pouvez les cataloguer correctement (construction, bois, métal, plomberie, sanitaire, électricité, nettoyage)
- Connaissances du module d’achats SAP
- Connaissances en matière de Prévention et Protection du Travail (Législation sur le Bien-Etre)
- Connaissance des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Outlook ).Manipule aisément les chiffres.

- Vous êtes capable de travailler en toute autonomie ;
- Vous êtes ordonné, organisé et avez le sens de l’anticipation ;
- Vous prenez des initiatives et travaillez avec précision ;
