WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team at Nike ELC In a fast-changing business environment, the analyst drives change through actionable insights while mentoring partners as well as the team on growing their analytical capabilities. The person that we are looking for is a versatile teammate who can stretch themselves to focus and commit and has passion for data, processes and analytics.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will be part of the Applied Analytics team in Supply Chain Analytics. You work multi-functionally with all levels within the organization, together with business partners and collaborators of our supply chain functions and DCs. You will team up with business product management to enable the data that feeds into our analytical products. You act as a resource to the team to increase the learning experience in a dynamic team environment. The Applied Analytics managers will encourage, mentor, and guide you to ensure your personal development and growth.
What you bring:
- Proven experience working with functions of the supply chain process (Distribution, TNO, MPO, Flow, Strategic Capability Building)
- Proven ability to work with complex datasets and proficiency in SQL, Python and/or other programming languages.
- Experience in conducting extensive data analysis to support decision making
- Proficiency in working independently with Tableau and/or other data visualization tools
- Experience in leading or co-leading cross-functional projects
- Experience in leading discussion to drive actions and ability to recommend innovative solutions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders of different levels of the organization
- Written and verbal in English to deliver convincing storytelling
- Experience in leading change through strong informal leadership, adapting approach to foster collaboration with team and stakeholders.
