**Missions essentielles**:
As a supply chain analyst at Boortmalt, you will support the European entities with reporting and analyses to help drive the business planning processes, ensure visibility on actuals and lead projects within the supply chain department. Your role consists of 2 main areas: analyst activities and project management activities.
- Your main tasks:
- As an analyst:
- Analyse logistics data to identify inefficiencies, optimize routes, and reduce costs.
- Support in negotiating contracts with vendors, evaluating vendor performance, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
As a project analyst/manager:
- Project Planning: Creating project plans, setting objectives, defining scope, and establishing timelines.
- Project Progress Monitoring: Tracking project milestones, assessing progress, and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Problem-solving: Identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing changes to keep projects on track.
- Project Communication and Coordination: Liaising between various stakeholders, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring smooth communication channels among team members.
**Master recherché****:
You have at least 1 year experience in supply chain or business finance reporting and analyses connected to supply chain departments
You can work and connect with cross-functional internal and external partners.
You speak and write fluent English. Dutch, French or Spanish is a plus.
You have strong knowledge of Excel. PowerBI knowlege and other reporting/planning tools are a plus.
You have a Master/Bachelor degree level, preferably with supply chain and planning orientation.
