Does a factory environment seem like your ideal work environment? Are you technically gifted or do you know perfectly how to manage a team? Do you like working independently? Then be sure to read on.

As an operator you will operate machines and follow up the production of yarn or its processing. Tufting carpets, performing quality checks and repairing errors is one of your specialities. Making dye products or labelling carpets may also be part of your duties.
Technician at heart? You enjoy drawing up and implementing improvement proposals. You always ensure that all machines are in working order and that the necessary repairs are carried out on time.
Are you more of a people person? As team leader, you are responsible for monitoring, managing and motivating your team. After your training, you will also know how to perfectly solve machine breakdowns, draw up production plans and carry out quality checks.
