Neem je graag een belangrijke administratieve rol op bij de **ondersteuning **van mensen die een te hoge werkdruk ervaren?

**FEDRIS **is momenteel op zoek naar **1 dossierbeheerder voor het project 'Burn-out**’.

Je functie bestaat onder andere uit:

- Het **controleren van de ingediende aanvragen**:

- Je brengt de **informatie **in, stelt de nodige **briefwisseling **op, neemt **contact **op met de **stakeholders **(psychologen, behandelende artsen,...) en volgt de **facturatie **op.
- Je bent het **eerste aanspreekpunt **in het kader van het project 'burn-out' **voor alle betrokkenen **(werknemers, behandelende artsen, preventiediensten,).
- Je geeft **correcte informatie over het project**, de voorwaarden om deel te nemen, de administratieve stappen,
- Je neemt deel aan het **beheer van het project**, de **aanpassingen en de evolutie**. Je zorgt voor de **voorbereiding**, de **invoering en analyse **van bepaalde administratieve gegevens.
- Je stelt bepaalde **documenten **op ter **voorbereiding van vergaderingen **en maakt ook het **vergaderverslag.**:

- Je richt **vergaderingen, studiedagen en opleidingen **in en neemt deel aan de **organisatie van informatiecampagnes **over het project.
