Votre valeur ajoutée pour nos clients ?- L'Expert training est un acteur-clé dans la gestion des compétences de l'atelier de Schaerbeek. Il/Elle assure un recensement continu et standardisé des compétences techniques au sein de l'atelier et planifie les formations requises pour l’ensemble des collaborateurs. Conjointement avec le “coordinateur général formations techniques”, les services centraux et le responsable d'atelier, il/elle définit les besoins actuels et futurs en formation. Il/elle veille à l'exécution du plan de formation. Le “coordinateur de formation local” est ainsi indirectement coresponsable pour les indices de performance importants que sont la disponibilité et la fiabilité du matériel roulant.- Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?- En tant qu’expert training, vos responsabilités sont:
- veiller à la mise à jour permanente de l'inventaire des compétences techniques selon une méthode standard ;
- identifier et suivre les besoins en formation et en développement du personnel d'entretien;
- identifier les compétences critiques au sein du processus de production et en garantir la disponibilité de celles-ci via des trajets de formation spécifiques;
- assurer un planning et une organisation efficace des formations au sein de l'atelier;
- assister régulièrement aux formations en vue de les évaluer et de les adapter (contenu, attentes des participants,...);
- conjointement avec les services centraux et les chefs d'atelier, collaborer au développement des meilleures pratiques et de l’amélioration continue au sein de l'atelier (via l'organisation d'actions concrètes telles que des workshops, des séances d'information,...);
- faire en sorte que les ateliers développent leurs propres experts en facilitant le partage des connaissances et de l'expertise à l'intérieur et en dehors de l'atelier;
- après une période d’apprentissage, agir vous-même en tant que facilitateur dans l'organisation d'“ateliers d'apprentissage et d'amélioration” (Kaizen);
- suivre le budget de formation.
- Monitoring : vous contrôlez la qualité du travail et veillez au respect des fiches techniques et procédures.
- Un job fait pour vous ?- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur civil, ingénieur industriel ou Master (ou équivalent par expérience) ET vous disposez d’une expérience de quelques années dans un environnement technique.
- Vous disposez également des compétences décrites ci-dessous.

**Compétences techniques**:

- d'une affinité pour la gestion des compétences et d'une vision en matière de méthodes de développement orientées compétences, permettant d'amener le “potentiel” technique des opérateurs à un niveau élevé;
- d'une première expérience fructueuse dans un rôle de coordination;
- d'excellentes aptitudes en communication (tant verbale qu'écrite) et d’aptitudes
- d’une bonne connaissance du néerlandais;
- de bonnes compétences IT (MS-office, ERP,...).
