We are looking to expand our activities in the **Belgian market and are investing in our sales team in Belgium.** This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team led by an experienced team of industry experts.

The role is perfect for someone who wants to be part of the journey and contribute directly to the **growth of a business**. We are looking for **experienced salespeople** to join our team **ASAP. **We offer bespoke training to develop your skills and an ongoing development program with great opportunities to progress within the business.

**Your tasks**:

- Make **outbound prospect calls**.
- **Set new business meetings** for your Account Executive teammates.
- **Set up prospecting campaigns** and lead list cadences to engage prospects.
- Learn and execute the **sales process** with a focus on **growing **the top of the funnel.
- Complete lead **qualification activities** and assist with lead hand-off.
- Track activity and maintain accurate records in the **CRM**.

**Requirements**:

- You speak **French/Dutch** very well and are confident in written communication.

**Knowledge of English** is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
- A solid **telesales/sales** background (6 - 12 months at least).
- Excellent verbal and written **Communicator **and excellent **customer service** skills
- You have **a sales mentality** and **enjoy dealing with people.**
- Able to **build rapport** and be **engaging.**
- **Motivated** and **proactive.**
- Able to work as part of a **team.**
- **Commitment** and a **strong work ethic**
