The Manager - Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) Insider Risk will play a key role in deploying and developing Johnson & Johnson's Insider Risk Management Program (IRMP) globally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Continually improve and shape the Insider Risk Management Program by identifying gaps and relaying requirements and use cases to the engineering teams who support the analytics platform.
- Collaborate with business partners to continually assess and provide input on what requires protection (i.e., crown jewels and sensitive positions).
- Be the first point of contact for the investigations team to review incoming alerts and help determine next steps by providing a business risk focused perspective
- Help guide business partners in their review of incoming alerts
- Work closely with other J&J teams to support a coordinated response to insider risk activities including: Employee Relations, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Global Security, Brand Protection and other ISRM teams.
- Drive the business implementation of threat intelligence capability to monitor for new threats, vulnerabilities and assess their potential impact.
- Provide assurance leadership on the cybersecurity risk posture of capabilities, including performing and leading assessments and design reviews of current and to-be solutions and environments, ranking risks and providing coaching and guidance on remediation.
- Develop and deploy security awareness activities related to Insider Risk.
- Secure protected and critical data and ensure information security and compliance with relevant legislation and legal interpretation.
**Qualifications**
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required for this position. Graduate degree preferred.
- Certifications in cybersecurity (CISM, CISSP), audit (CISA) or risk management (CRISC) are preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in roles within IT Security management and/or IT is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of information security processes and principles is preferred in explaining the business value of cybersecurity.
- Experience in assessing current security threats, mitigation measures and security vendors/technologies is required.
- Formal training and experience in developing or supporting a large scale insider risk management program is preferred.
- Experience in performing incident investigations is preferred
- Previous experience developing effective and strong partnerships along with relationship building skills with IT and business partners is required.
- Results Orientation - ability to drive to tight timelines is required.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills, able to network and influence at all levels of the organization, cross sector, cross-functionally and globally is required.
- Demonstrated ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result is required.
- Advanced in English is required. (Advanced: writing, reading, and speaking)
- Ability to obtain US Security Clearance is preferred.
The base pay range for this position is $93,000 to $139,000 USD. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
