**Missions**:
This role is part of the R&I Benelux team. The team is focusing on Danone FMCG (Dairy, PLant Based, Waters & First Diet) products design including the understanding of the local consumers needs and competitive landscape.

You will work in a cross-functional environment to deliver superior, accretive, and sustainable product innovations and renovations to the market. You will be the UX local Research & Innovation (R&I) voice within the project teams. You will work with a high variety of stakeholders ranging from local R&I Product Designers, Nutrition & Health, Marketing, General Secretary, Quality, Operations, Sales to European R&I, Marketing teams and external agencies.

Your missions are:

- Work closely with the S&I, UX European and central departments to decode and transform consumer needs into actionable levers for the R&I and Marketing teams in order to “design” the best product and packaging experiences and provide input to the innovation, renovation and reformulation strategy of CBU.
- Assist the project teams throughout the InnoPro process to define the consumer learning plan and ensure that the products and packs being developed are in line with a pertinent brief for consumers.
- Co lead with S&I the superiority roadmap projection and execution. Accompany the Superiority Roadmap with appropriate senso test, preference mapping.
- Set the right basis of tasting and product centricity inside projects and inside the CBU.
- Manage follow-up and ensures the correct execution of the sensory and consumer tools necessary during the project phases
- Make recommendations for re-works or renovations to the R&I product designer on the basis of sensory & consumer results and/or market & competition diagnosis (Product Superiority Program, Quality Store-check, competition analysis).
- Sparing partner with R&I local team, R&I EU (IDDC), MKT, Sales, Quality Ops for daily projects and activities and work closely with external agencies

About you
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage industry UX roles or equivalent
- Required experience/background: Engineering, Sciences, Food - University studies (End of Master Degree)
- Statistical competencies on various methodologies from qualitative to quantitative
- Knowledge in consumer and sensory sciences
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Business orientated
- Interpersonal & cross-function relationship skills, focus on knowledge-sharing and development

**Are you eligible for a V.I.E?**

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
- You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
- You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
- You have never done a V.I.E before.

**What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?**
- There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
- You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
- Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
- The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
