**Positionner**:
Nous recherchons un(e) **Warehouse Manager** dynamique et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe En tant que Warehouse Manager, vous serez responsable de **la coordination efficace des opérations de transport** chaque matin.
Responsabilités:
- Gérer une flotte de véhicules camions et camionnettes.
- Superviser le bon état des véhicules utilisés pour le transport.
- Assurer le suivi rigoureux de la planification et de la répartition des missions.
- Vérifier les documents administratifs des véhicules conformément aux réglementations en vigueur.
- Fournir une formation théorique aux chauffeurs.
- Utiliser les outils MS Office pour effectuer des tâches administratives liées à la gestion du stock.
- Effectuer l'évaluations annuelles des chauffeurs. Assurer le lien entre le service clients et les chauffeurs.

**Profil et compétences**:
- Expérience préalable dans une fonction similaire dans le **secteur du transport routier**.
- Maîtrise des différentes **réglementations administratives** relatives au secteur.
- Capacité de **gérer au quotidien** une équipe.
- Une bonne connaissance des **différents programmes bureautiques** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- ** Flexible et résistant au stress**, vous vous imposez comme leader en partageant vos connaissances et votre enthousiasme avec vos équipes.
- Maîtrise du **français et néerlandais**.
