**Key Responsibilities**:
Hands-on Application and Infrastructure Mapping-
- Collaborate directly with business leaders to understand their requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead technical design efforts to create a future-proof, simplified architecture.
- Lead the Target Architecture & Simplification Roadmap- Develop a comprehensive target architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and simplification strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are business-driven and technically sound.
- Business Partnership and Project Leadership-
- Lead technical design and architecture for key projects, ensuring they meet both business and technical needs.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to ensure successful project implementation.
- M&A and Integration Support- Evaluate technical integrations for M&A activities, ensuring systems compatibility and scalability.
- Provide hands-on expertise to ensure smooth transitions during mergers, aligning with the overall architecture.**What we're looking for in you... **:Technical Expertise:
