Xior is de grootste eigenaar & uitbater van studentenhuisvesting in continentaal Europa. Onze missie is om zo veel mogelijk studenten een geweldige eerste woonervaring te laten beleven. We bieden een tweede thuis aan meer dan 19.500 studenten in België, Nederland, Duitsland, Polen, Spanje, Portugal, Denemarken en Zweden. Een plek waar ze kunnen wonen, connecteren, studeren en ontspannen.

We willen meer doen dan enkel de infrastructuur ter beschikking stellen voor onze studenten. Wij geloven dat we een fundamentele rol spelen in de weg die studenten afleggen naar zelfstandigheid. Daarin spelen onze mensen een cruciale rol.

**Wil jij hieraan bijdragen als Energy & Sustainability Coordinator in ons hoofdkantoor te Antwerpen?**

**Jobomschrijving**:

- Je werkt mee aan de jaarlijkse milieurapportering volgens de zowel bestaande, als toekomstige EU-richtlijnen, en vrijwillige rapportagenormen
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse utility monitoring van de volledige Xior portefeuille
- Je detecteert afwijkingen, zowel actief als via waarschuwingen, en volgt de probleemoplossing op
- Je voert site audits uit, brengt bestaande installaties in kaart en documenteert ze
- Je zoekt actief naar zowel quick wins in energie-efficiëntie, als grote renovaties om de CO2-voetafdruk van het Xior portefeuille te verbeteren
- Je assisteert bij lopende portfolioverbeteringsprojecten zoals warmtepompimplementaties, zonne-installaties en projecten om het waterverbruik te verminderen
- Je bent mee met zowel huidige als toekomstige technologieën en stelt - indien nodig - mogelijke implementaties in de portefeuille voor
- Je werkt met de nodige aandacht voor de behoeften van zowel interne als externe stakeholders

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je beschikt over een Ingenieursdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt 2-5 jaar relevante ervaring op het gebied van energie en/of duurzaamheid
- Je kan snel complexe problemen analyseren en oplossingen aanreiken met alle belanghebbenden voor ogen
- Je hebt sterke interesse in de wereld van complexe rapportagenormen, begrip van de gegevens en de gegevenskwaliteit die je levert is van vitaal belang
- Je kan verantwoordelijkheid nemen en nauwkeurig werken
- Je bent spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over een sterke kennis van het Engels
- Je werkt vlot met Excel en kan snel omgaan met verschillende soorten monitoring tools
