We are on the hunt for a Cybersecurity Compliance Expert who is passionate about shaping the cybersecurity landscape within our organization. As our Cybersecurity Compliance Expert, you will help guide our company through the complex world of cybersecurity compliance, with a focus on frameworks such as ISO 27k, NIS2, CRA, IEC 62443, and others.

The role

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Spearhead our compliance endeavors, with a specific focus on working on ISO 27K certification and aligning with various cybersecurity frameworks (NIS2, CRA, DPA, MLPS, etc.).
- You will support internal audit and external agencies on cybersecurity compliance assessments
- You will identify and report on significant cybersecurity risks, thereby contributing to strategic planning for future projects.
- You will provide support to customers on compliance inquiries and questionnaires.
- Utilize your project management skills to ensure timely and excellent delivery of compliance-related projects, including managing external teams involved in these initiatives.
- Engage in effective communication with vendors regarding compliance-focused projects.

Your responsibilities will extend to frequent stakeholder communication and reporting on progress to the BASO (Business Area Security Officer) of the Compressor Technique Business Area

Skills & competences
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or comparable experience.
- Practical experience with frameworks like ISO 27k, NIS2, and others.
- Proven experience working on multiple different projects.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of timely and quality deliverables.
- Experience in a global company setting, with an understanding of varied international cyber legislative requirements.
- Demonstrating a strong enthusiasm for overcoming challenges and a proactive approach to cybersecurity compliance.
- Exhibiting leadership capabilities, capable of motivating teams.
- Communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for forging and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A problem-solving attitude, resilient in the face of obstacles and eager to gain knowledge from hands-on experiences.
- Proficient in organizational competencies, including effective planning, coordination, and time management.
- Insightful in the nuances of change management, committed to ongoing improvement and creative problem-solving.
- Willing to question established norms respectfully while being receptive to feedback and innovative ideas
