We are hiring a **System Administrator (Secret Level/EU Security Clearance)** for our prestigious partner EEAS **in Brussels**. The European External Action Service (EEAS) is the EU's **diplomatic service**.

Main Responsibilities
As a valued colleague on the NOC (Network Operation Center) of the EEAS, you will act as System Administrator in a team of 8 persons in designing, implementing and managing advanced solutions for multiple infrastructures, including maintenance, scripting, optimization and performances as well as solving technical issues of complex systems.
As **System Administrator (Secret Level/EU Security Clearance)** you will be responsible for:
- Management of the legacy systems, around 15 different infrastructures based on Microsoft solutions.
- Ensuring all design are in accordance with the architecture requirements.
- Ensuring a proper handover from the project team by reviewing all relevant design, implementation and operational documents
- Manage incidents and problems related to servers assigned to the team until resolution within time defined by SLA.

**PROFILE**:
- 10+ years of experience as a system engineer
- A proven experience in managing multiple infrastructures with high security standards.
- Customer focus: provide high quality of service.
- Able to work as a team member with a flexible attitude and in an organized way.
- Deliver projects on time.
- Able to organize your work following the different priorities.
- Strong reporting skills
- Experience working in secure infrastructure with classified information’s is a plus.
- Able to follow procedures and referring to Team Leader in case of problem.
- Provide complete and clear information about problems resolution.
- Coordinate with other teams (network and service desk) when required.
- Organized and proactive.
**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:
Required:
- Strong experience in designing and implementing Microsoft environments: Windows 2008 and above as well as automation (Cmd & PowerShell), Windows Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Print server, Windows Deployment Server
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technology: VMWARE, vSAN
- Good knowledge of storage solutions (Dell EMC)
- Demonstrated experience in installation and maintenance of hardware and common software.
- Good knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Dell EMC Networker).
- Ability to establish and maintain policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Desired:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
- Knowledge of PKI infrastructure with certificates.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
- Knowledge of client virtualization solutions: VDI and Citrix.
