We are currently recruiting a an Air Freight Forwarder with ideally strong Exports experience to join our amazing operations team in Brusselswhere you will be responsible for the A-Z handling of Air cargo while providing excellent customer service, This is a great time to join our business as we are experiencing exponential growth so whether you’re looking for a step up in your career or to kick-start your career, cargo-partner offers an abundance of opportunity.

What You Will Do:

- With a focus on the Export side of the process you will be communicating with our extensive range of clients, dealing with different situations which will be a daily challenge bringing out your natural ability to think outside of the box and solve problems. Moreover you will be involved in inside sales activities
- Interacting with business partners. You can take an advantage of interactions with agents, airlines and customs bodies because it enables you to learn more about business and grow your professional network.
- Issue and monitor transportation documents and electronic data processing. We use our internal visibility and collaboration platform which will make your day-to-day life so much easier.

What Your Experience Looks Like;
- At the very least 12 months of experience in a similar role in the Air freight forwarding industry
- Strong Export experience required
- High competency in handling Air cargo shipments
- Fluent in either Flemish or French and English.
- Demonstrative problem solving skills
- A passion for transport and logistics
- Experience of logistics and forwarding operations / regulations and documentation
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Dynamic commercial thinker ready to take own initiative.
- Initiative and strong sense for organization in order to meet customer requirements.
- Able to work with different cultures
- Stress resistant
