**Introductie**
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations / Operation Manager to join our dynamic logistics company. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our import, export, and sea operations, with a focus on achieving multimodal capabilities.

- Fluency in French and English, with basic knowledge of Dutch.

- Manage and optimize import, export, and sea operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in customs procedures and software, as we rely on your knowledge to obtain the AEO certification.
- Strive for multimodal capabilities, coordinating air and ocean freight operations effectively.
- Communicate fluently in French and English, with basic knowledge of Dutch to facilitate informal conversations, particularly with the Antwerpen Port.
- Utilize your degree in a relevant logistics field and a minimum of 6 years of experience (both degree and experience are required for AEO certification).
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of major logistics actors and industry procedures.
- Ensure error-free processing of information and data to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Follow work instructions in accordance with Clover's standard procedures.
