**Responsibilities**:

**Operational Resilience Management**:

- Co-development of strategies, plans and activities to protect processes whose interruption would cause serious damage to the organization or to enable alternative processes.
- Monitoring, documentation and expansion of operational resilience maturity

**Business continuity management**:

- Responsible for carrying out business impact analysis of core business processes to determine their criticality
- Support and creation of Business Impact analysis
- Development of business continuity plans for critical business processes as well as definition and execution of tests to measure and evaluate the resilience achieved
- Creation of the business continuity risk analysis and the business continuity strategy
- Transversal BCM coordination with other AXA entities and providers

**Crisis Management**:

- Establishment and training of the crisis team as well as its continuous training through crisis exercises, also in a transversal context
- Development, provision and regular testing of the infrastructure required for crisis team work (Crisis Command Center)
- Development and management of the Crisis Management Handbook for the crisis organization
- Creation of reports and action plans

**IT service continuity management**:

- Development of the ITSCM recovery and backup strategy
- Validation of the target values from the BIA analysis for the IT environment
- Planning and execution assistance for IT disaster recovery tests and their final reports

**Your Profile**

Must have:

- a master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, operational risk, business continuity, security, audit or another relevant field
- in addition to the above, a minimum of two year’s relevant professional second line of defence experience in IT risk management or business continuity/critical incident management
- in-depth knowledge of IT risk management best practices together with a good understanding of regulatory developments affecting the financial industry
- a strong analytical background with the ability to synthesise
- Fluent French and Eglish written and spoken

Nice to have:

- relevant professional second line of defence experience in IT risk management or business continuity, preferably gained in a global insurance environment
- experience in the fields of information systems security and/or governance, including cyber security
