Notre client est une entreprise active dans le **secteur des services**.
Les **responsabilités** principales de l'**Operational Risk Officer**:
- Ensemble avec le Compliance, Legal & Operational Risk Manager, vous déterminez la politique de gestion des risques opérationnels en fonction du risk appetite identifié au sein de la société ;
- Vous avez la responsabilité du suivi et de la mise-en-œuvre pratique de la politique de gestion des risques opérationnels
- Le développement de la cartographie des processus, des risques et des contrôles ; A cet égard vous maintenez entre autres d'une façon autonome un registre des risques opérationnels impactant la société ;
- L'analyse des risques liés aux nouveaux projets, produits ou services ou lors de changement de d'organisation ou de processus ;
- La promotion d'une culture du risque dynamique et efficace à travers toute l'organisation ;
- Vous soutenez le département en préparant les reportings légalement obligatoires ;
- Vous préparez et participez ensemble avec les autres départements concernés les projets réglementaires émanant des modifications législatives qui impacteront le département Compliance, Legal & Operational Risk ;
- Vous assumez le rôle de back-up en absence éventuelle du Compliance, Legal & Operational Risk Manager.
Le **profil** requis pour le poste d'** Operational Risk Officer**:
- Master à orientation économique, juridique ;
- Vous maîtrisez le français et avez une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais. Le néérlandais est un atout ;
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience probante dans une fonction similaire : gestion des risques, contrôle interne, audit opérationnel ;
- Une certification en matière de gestion des risques est un atout précieux ;
- Vous connaissez la suite MS Office. Une expérience Business Object serait très appréciée ;
- Vous avez l'esprit analytique, vous êtes autonome dans votre travail ;
- Vous êtes rigoureux dans vos communications et dans vos reportings. Organisé, vous gérez votre temps, respectez les délais et êtes capable de prioriser les tâches.
- Vous êtes orienté solution ;
- Bon communicateur, vous êtes un teamplayer diplomate et assertif.
