**Correspondent Operational Risk Management (CORM)**
Pour l’un de nos prestigieux clients, une compagnie d’assurances située à Bruxelles et aisément accessible par les transports en commun, nous cherchons un correspondent Operational Risk Management (CORM).
**Les tâches du Correspondent Operational Risk Management (CORM)**
En tant que CORM, vous identifiez les risques, déterminez leur impact potentiel et prévoyez les actions permettant de les limiter. Pour ce faire, vous prenez des initiatives pour améliorer le monitoring et mettre en œuvre des mécanismes de contrôle (manuels ou automatiques) dans le cadre des risques opérationnels, de compliance et de fraude. Vous devez donc:

- Veiller à une amélioration continue de ces contrôles
- Définir des actions visant à réduire les risques, afin d’en limiter l'impact et d'appliquer les problèmes soulignés
- Assurer le suivi des plans d'action (recommandations & réalisation) après les audits
- Vous êtes responsable de la qualité du reporting sur les risques

**Le profil idéal du correspondent Operational Risk management (CORM)**
- Vous avez le contact facile et une mentalité positive. Vous prenez des initiatives et vous faites preuve d’un esprit ouvert
- Vous disposez de solides capacités analytiques et vous êtes capable d'analyser les processus
- Vous êtes à même de challenger le Business de manière constructive et de formuler clairement votre avis
- Vous avez une connaissance de base des risques opérationnels et souhaitez développer celle-ci ou vous voulez approfondir votre connaissance du business et accroître votre impact
- Vous êtes curieux et vous travaillez de manière structurée (bonnes capacités de planification et d'organisation)
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, mais pouvez aussi travailler de manière autonome
- Vous maîtrisez le français ou le néerlandais et avez de bonnes bases dans l’autre langue nationale
- Une expérience de quelques années est un plus
