**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Binnen de afdeling Bank Channel & Life Insurance Development is het team **Risk, Control & Performance Management Life Insurance **verantwoordelijk voor controle, opvolging van de rendabiliteit, risicobeheer, commerciële en technische reportings, gebaseerd op risicomodellen die worden gebruikt om de huidige en toekomstige strategie van de afdeling vorm te geven.

Binnen dit team is de entiteit **Actuarial & Operational Risk **verantwoordelijk voor de boekhoudkundige reserveringsmethodes en actuariële hypotheses die aan de basis liggen van de cashflowprogramma's van de afdeling. Het team fungeert ook als Cost Controller voor Bank Channel & Life Insurance Development, controleert en optimaliseert de herverzekeringsdekkingen en de afsluiting van hypothecaire leningen, controleert de rendabiliteit van de op de markt gebrachte producten, beheert de operationele risico's van Bank Channel en schrijft bepaalde belangrijke reportings.

Om dit team te versterken, zoeken we een **Senior** **Risk Officer - Actuarial & Operational Risk Life Insurance**.
- Je draagt bij aan de implementatie van het **Full Internal Model Solvency II** door middel van een statistische analyse van de business en je deelname aan overleg rond de methodologie met Ageas.
- Je neemt deel aan **analyses en studies** die ervoor zorgen dat we **parameters, methodes en hypotheses** voor **reserverings
- en kasstroommodellen** kunnen bepalen. In het kader hiervan neem je deel aan meerdere **technische werkgroepen**.
- Word je geprikkeld door het analyseren van **opportuniteiten** en **risico’s** voor de **business** op zowel **financieel** als **commercieel** vlak? Zo kan je deelnemen aan discussies over strategische actieplannen.
- Degelijk **informatiebeheer** is van essentieel belang. Daarom communiceer je gemakkelijk en duidelijk - mondeling en schriftelijk - over de resultaten en de gebruikte methodologie.
- Jij bent een echte **ambassadeur van de Risk Management-cultuur **binnen het bedrijf: je werkt mee aan diverse transversale projecten met de verschillende business units en maakt deel uit van de Risk Community van AG, zowel voor de kwantitatieve als de kwalitatieve aspecten.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je hebt reeds een solide **ervaring met Solvency II** op het vlak van methodologie, governance,
- Kennis van **Life Retail producten** en **databases** is een aanzienlijke troef.
- Je weet hoe je de werkelijkheid moet vertalen naar **hypotheses en waarschijnlijkheden** voor **kasstromen**, waarbij je van waarneming naar model gaat.
- Je kan vlot overweg met **Microsoft Office** (Access, Excel, Word,...). En weet je wat er schuilgaat achter de afkortingen **SAS en VBA** en heb je ervaring met programmeren? Absoluut een plus
- Heb je een goede kennis van het **Engels**? Geweldig Beheers je ook het **Frans** vrij goed? Fantastisch
- Je hebt een **kritische geest** en houdt van **diepe reflectie**. Je **nieuwsgierigheid **zorgt er bovendien voor dat je vooruit geraakt en je **creativiteit** zorgt voor nieuwe invalshoeken.
- **Samenwerking** is essentieel. Je beheert je relaties constructief, je staat open voor anderen en voor verandering en kan omgaan met mogelijke belangenconflicten.
- **Presentaties** geven en **vergaderingen** leiden? Dat is jouw ding Je communiceert gemakkelijk met alle doelgroepen, je legt technische concepten uit en bent **overtuigend en duidelijk** in je uitleg.
- Je hebt een **universitair of masterdiploma** in een kwantitatieve en financiële richting (actuaris, ingenieur, mathematicus of economist).
