**Dit is jouw topjob**:
We zijn op zoek naar een dynamisch actuaris/manager (m/v) voor het departement _Actuarial Function _onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de Chief Actuary. Dit departement maakt deel uit van de _CRO Office _en oefent de reglementair vereiste en onafhankelijke Actuarial Function uit voor AG Insurance.

Als Actuarial Function Officer maak je deel uit van het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de opvolging van alle BAU en projecten gerelateerd aan de Group Life portefeuille.

Je maakt deel uit van het Actuarial Function team en draagt bij aande trimestriële, jaarlijkse of ad-hoc rapporten voor het Directiecomité of de Raad van Bestuur van AG Insurance:

- over de technische voorzieningen (BGAAP, IFRS en Solvency II), de rendabiliteit en de winstdeelname
- over Solvency II Capital Requirement
- over de herverzekering
- over nieuwe of gewijzigde producten
- over modellen, assumpties en data
- rendabiliteitsanalyses en andere actuarieel-financiële en kwantitatieve analyses die leiden tot het verkrijgen van inzicht in de cijfers om vervolgens goede beleidskeuzes te kunnen adviseren
- het opvolgen van de aanbevelingen die in deze rapporten gemaakt worden

Je werkt pro-actief samen met alle leden van de Actuarial Function en met de hele Risk gemeenschap binnen AG Insurance en dit in alle verzekeringsdomeinen (individuele levensverzekeringen, groepsverzekeringen, schadeverzekeringen, verzekeringen voor gezondheidszorgen en invaliditeit). De focus van deze functie zal voornamelijk op de Group Life portefeuille liggen.

Je ondersteunt het proces van de attesteringen door de Actuarial Function in de context van de sector-groepsverzekeringsplannen en doet de nodige controles hiervoor.

Je draagt actief bij tot het opvolgen van de bestaande governance en de controles rondom de bestaande processen en stelt vanuit die ervaring optimalisaties voor. Je zorgt er dus mee voor dat de motor efficiënt afgesteld staat.

Je ondersteunt ook de planning met betrekking tot grotere dossiers of projecten.

Je ondersteunt de Actuarial Function Managers en de Chief Actuary in de verdere implementatie van de vereisten van BGAAP, Solvency II en IFRS17, bijvoorbeeld
- coördinatie van de berekening van de Solvency II technische voorzieningen
- evaluatie van de geschiktheid van de gebruikte modellen en assumpties
- evaluatie van de kwaliteit van de gebruikte data voor de berekeningen

Je maakt je vertrouwd met het gebruik en de principes van de bestaande technieken en modellen en je bent nieuwsgierig naar de ontwikkelingen op het vlak van modellering, risicobeheer en -analyse.

- Je bent actuaris of hebt een wiskundig-economische vorming met enkele jaren ervaring in de verzekeringssectorJe bent gemotiveerd om snel bij te leren.
- Je communiceert vlot, duidelijk en gestructureerd, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je hebt een analytische geest en kan abstracte cijfers en analyses vertalen naar concrete inzichten.
- Een uitstekende kennis van het Engels (spreken en schrijven) is noodzakelijk. Daarnaast heb je ook een goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of het Frans.
- Je bent open en bij uitstek een teamspeler
- Je neemt initiatief en hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid
- Je werkt vlot met computers en hebt minstens een goede kennis van Excel, Word en PowerPoint. Affiniteit met programmeren is een pluspunt.
