**Mission du département**:
Au sein de Beobank, la direction « Data, Digital & Growth Marketing » a pour objectif de stimuler les flux commerciaux offline et online grâce à une exploitation efficace des données, le développement d'outils digitaux et une communication clients optimisée. Le pôle « Data » se consacre à l'analyse et la mise à disposition des données spécifiques pour les différents métiers de la banque, réparti en trois équipes : Data for CRM, Data for Analytics et Data for Profitability.

**Votre mission**:
L'équipe « Data for Profitability » contribue à la croissance et au développement rentable de Beobank en intégrant les mesures de rentabilité au quotidien de la banque, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Business. Elle élabore les outils et processus nécessaires pour évaluer les impacts sur la rentabilité de Beobank liés aux choix business opérés sur l'évolution de l'activité existante ou le lancement de nouvelles activités.

**Vos rôles et responsabilités principales**:

- Développer et maintenir des outils de mesure et d'analyse de la rentabilité des produits, des points de vente et canaux d'acquisition, et des segments de clientèle.
- Établir des relations de travail solides avec les différents départements de la banque et au sein du département Data, Digital et Growth Marketing.
- Suivre les indicateurs clés de production et du portefeuille de produits, évaluer leur contribution à la rentabilité de la banque, identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et les risques.
- Comprendre les besoins des partenaires internes et les traduire en modèles de simulation et/ou de suivi de performances.
- Soutenir la prise de décision en matière de développement ou de révision de produits et de tarification, afin d'atteindre les objectifs de croissance et de rentabilité de la banque à court, moyen et long terme.

**Votre profil**:

- Diplôme de type « Master », de préférence en Gestion, Business, Finance, Mathématiques ou Statistiques.
- Expérience en analyse de rentabilité appréciée, ou à défaut un intérêt pour les modèles financiers et une orientation chiffres.
- Maîtrise des outils et langages informatiques tels que SQL, SAS, Focus, Business Object et/ou Python, ainsi que des outils de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel.
- Excellentes capacités de gestion des parties prenantes et de collaboration avec les partenaires.
- Communication claire et efficace, à l'écrit et à l'oral. Capacité à présenter devant divers groupes.
- Attitude innovante, orientée vers l'amélioration continue, la qualité et la flexibilité.
- Volonté d'apprentissage permanent et adaptabilité.
- Sens de l'humour apprécié.
