Als jong en ambitieus bedrijf, actief in de ontwikkeling en productie van hernieuwbare energie, zijn we op zoek naar een contract manager om ons te ondersteunen bij lopende en nieuwe windenergie-projecten.

Als contract manager is het jouw doel om via volgende taken bij te dragen aan onze groene missie:

- Je contacteert eigenaars en pachters van de gronden waar onze toekomstige windturbines geïnstalleerd zullen worden.
- Je sluit akkoorden af en stelt contracten op met als doel de snelle start van onze windturbineprojecten.
- Naast nieuwe akkoorden afsluiten, focus je ook op contracten die in de komende periode gehernegoticieerd dienen te worden.
- Je zoekt mee naar nieuwe potentiële locaties.
- Je bent de antenne én het gezicht van ons bedrijf voor eigenaars en omwonenden.
- Je werkt vlot samen met onze teamleden en rapporteert aan de manager.
- Je neemt deel aan periodiek teamoverleg.
- Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands en Frans), maar je kan ook je mannetje staan in het Engels.
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld en haalt voldoening uit het behalen van commerciële doelen. Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring in het onderhandelen.
- Juridisch vakjargon schrikt jou niet af en je zorgt er dan ook voor dat contracten in overleg met je collega’s en de juridische dienst correct opgesteld worden.
- Je hebt een oprechte interesse in de wereld van de duurzame energie en specifieker, in de windenergie.
- Je gaat vlot in dialoog met contacten op verschillende niveaus: particulieren, landbouwers én bedrijven.
- Je weet partijen te overtuigen van onze groene missie.
- Moeilijke gesprekken schrikken je niet af. Je gaat in dialoog zowel met voorstanders als tegenstanders.
- Je bent empathisch en kan je verplaatsen in de leefwereld van je gesprekspartner.
- Je bouwt een netwerk uit.
- Je bent bereid om grote afstanden af te leggen. Onze projecten zijn verspreid over het hele land, zowel in Wallonië als in Vlaanderen.
- Je toont een grote zelfstandigheid, maar hecht ook belang aan een goede integratie binnen ons team.
- You’re in it for the long run. Naast successen op korte termijn, zijn het zeker ook de langetermijnresultaten die jou kunnen motiveren.
- Je werkt georganiseerd en houdt er een gestructureerde administratie op na.
- Affiniteit met de landbouw is een pluspunt, maar niet noodzakelijk.
