**PROFIL**:
**COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCE**:
- Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable d’équipe dans le domaine de la communication marketing (digitale) (Master ou équivalent par expérience).
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe bilingue.
- Vous êtes polyvalent et vous avez un esprit innovant et stratégique.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des tactiques de marketing numérique.
- Vous savez gérer des projets de communication online et offline.
- Vous êtes bon trilingue (FR, NL, ENG).
- Vous êtes un bon communicateur et un véritable meneur d'équipe.
- Vous menez les projets à bien de manière coordonnée et planifiée.
- Vous êtes un vrai fonceur et vous êtes flexible lorsqu’il s’agit de respecter les délais.
- Vous aimez travailler en réseau, tant en interne qu'à l'extérieur de l'organisation.
- Vous avez le sens de l'édition de contenu de qualité, tant en ligne que hors ligne.
- La mission de l'UNICEF, la coopération au développement et les droits de l'enfant dans le monde vous fascinent.

**_Pour mener à bien notre mission, vous élaborez avec votre directeur la stratégie de communication adéquate qui nous permettra d'avoir un impact ensemble. Ce faisant, vous guidez votre équipe dans des projets et des campagnes de communication ciblés, destinés à des publics cibles et au grand public, afin d'atteindre les objectifs déclarés de notre organisation._**
**_Vous rapporterez au directeur du plaidoyer et de la communication et vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe Management, les clients internes et les partenaires externes._**
**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
- En collaboration avec votre directeur, vous analyserez les besoins et les opportunités stratégiques dans le domaine de la communication marketing et vous les transformerez en plans d'action bien conçus pour soutenir la mission de notre organisation.
- Sous votre direction, l'équipe de communication assure le développement de campagnes de communication destinées au grand public et à des groupes cibles spécifiques afin d'atteindre les objectifs de collecte de fonds et de plaidoyer.
- En tant que manager, vous gérerez les projets et les campagnes de l'équipe tout en respectant le budget prédéterminé, le calendrier convenu et les objectifs à atteindre en fonction des besoins des parties prenantes internes.
- Vous supervisez le budget en fonction des objectifs et des priorités de l'équipe et de l'organisation.
- Vous suivez de près les tendances du marketing numérique (SEM) et recherchez des solutions fondées sur des données.
- Vous aidez votre équipe à mesurer, interpréter et rendre compte des indicateurs de performance clés prédéfinis.
- En tant qu'expert en communication, vous évaluez les projets de votre équipe et procédez aux ajustements nécessaires.
- Vous accompagnez les membres de l’équipe dans le développement de leurs compétences (contenu, numérique et gestion de projet).
