Voor APEC-Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Center zoeken we een "project executive". Je organiseert van a tot z internationale havencursussen standaardseminaries, maatwerkopleidingen, studiebezoeken en 'lectures abroad'. De opleidingen bieden een ideale mix van theorie en praktijk waarbij havenprofessionals hun expertise rond haven-, maritieme
- en logistieke aangelegenheden op een interactieve manier kunnen bijschaven.
Een job vol variatie in een internationale context waar je veel vrijheid krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen.Jouw uitdaging

Als project executive bij Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Center zorg je voor de organisatie en vlotte afwikkeling van havengerelateerde courses in een internationaal kader.
Je bent lid van het team dat de seminaries praktisch organiseert:

- Aantrekken van gemotiveerde kandidaten voor de seminaries
- Offertes opstellen voor op maat gemaakte programma’s
- Opvolging van seminaries (o.a. inschrijvingen, boeken lokalen, aanschrijven lesgevers + opvolgen, reservaties hotel en bussen, )
- Begeleiding van internationale delegaties (ophalen aan hotel, opstarten lesgevers, occasionele begeleiding bij bedrijfsbezoeken, hulp bij problemen/vragen deelnemers, )

Je verricht administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Center
- Behandeling van inkomend en uitgaand mailverkeer, verslaggeving, voorbereiding van dossiers
- De controle en opvolging van externe beurzendossiers (Vlaamse Regering-Provincie Antwerpen, Federale Ontwikkelingssamenwerking, Havenbedrijf Antwerpen)
- Update website en intranet (aanpassen inhoud, toevoegen nieuwsartikels, toevoegen foto’s, )
- Opmaak van de nieuwsbrief, corporate brochure
- Opvolging sociale netwerken (LinkedIn, ) en update website
- Voorbereiding persteksten en up-to-date houden van APEC presentaties en andere info
- Je behaalde een bachelor diploma en je hebt ervaring met administratieve taken, hetzij door opleiding, hetzij door werkervaring
- Klantvriendelijkheid en een commerciële mindset zijn een must
- Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail en je stelt hoge kwaliteitseisen aan het afgeleverde werk
- Flexibiliteit en initiatief kennen geen grenzen voor jou
- Je communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in 3 talen: Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Een extra taal is een pluspunt.
- Je kan vlot overweg met alle toepassingen van het office-pakket
