**About this role**:
As a Project Manager Intern, you will support the Belgian logistics team by playing a key role in supporting and managing projects across multiple departments, including HR, Recruitment, Planning & Forecasting, Facilities and Operations. You’ll collaborate with teams locally and globally to deliver impactful solutions while developing your project management skills.
**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:
- Managing and supporting projects that touch various departments, with a strong focus on Operations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local and global teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Working closely with Recruitment, Forecasting & Planning, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and HR to achieve shared goals.
- Driving processes that comply with company policies, guidelines, and local legislation.
- Identifying and recommending process enhancements to boost efficiency and outcomes.
- Switching seamlessly between operational needs and tactical solutions to meet project goals.
- Leading by example through effective stakeholder and project management.
**What will you bring to the table?**:
- A passion for project management and a desire to grow your skills in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, multi-departmental team.
- Fluent in English. French, Dutch and/or other languages are a plus.
- The internship will require you to work certain days from our Brussels HQ.
