- Je hebt interesse in interieurinrichting en het dagelijkse leven van de mensen thuis.
- Je begrijpt de commercialiteit van retail en de meerwaarde van getrouwheidsprogramma’s.
- Je bent een echte probleemoplosser.
- Je werkt goed samen met collega’s en communiceert op een open en positieve manier.
- Je bent business-minded, resultaatsgericht en gefocust op de klant.
- Je krijgt energie door de IKEA waarden en ze zijn een reflectie van je eigen waarden.
- Je bent bescheiden, open en eerlijk in samenwerking met anderen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft (één van) de regiotalen van de winkel en Engels.
De periode van deze stage valt liefst tussen september en december en is qua duur en uren flexibel bespreekbaar.
**Wat je dagelijkse werkzaamheden zullen zijn**
- Je ondersteund mee het businessplan van de winkel in een duidelijk actieplan. Op deze manier draag je bij tot de positionering van de IKEA winkel als de leider voor interieurinrichting op de lokale markt.
- Je inspireert, motiveert en engageert je collega’s om de doelstellingen te bereiken en op die manier groei en winstgevendheid op lange termijn te creëren.
- Je werkt met onze getrouwheidsprogramma’s IKEA FAMILY en IKEA BUSINESS NETWORK in de winkel om de verkoopcijfers te maximaliseren: rekruteren en activeren van leden, aanbiedingen en activiteiten doorheen de winkel, communicatie, enzovoort.
- Je gebruikt de beschikbare informatie omtrent het dagelijkse leven van de mensen thuis, het winkelgedrag en feedback van klanten. Hiermee ga je samen met de Market Relations manager aan de slag om relevante aanbiedingen te creëren en activiteiten te organiseren.
- Je ondersteunt bij het plannen en coördineren van het extern communicatieplan van de winkel.
- Je informeert alle medewerkers over IKEA FAMILY en IKEA BUSINESS NETWORK, zodat ze weten hoe klanten zich kunnen aansluiten, wat de voordelen zijn en het belang inzien van IKEA FAMILY leden en hun specifieke noden.
- Je draagt bij tot de duurzaamheidsstrategie en -activiteiten van de IKEA winkel
