Pour accompagner la croissance de notre offre Manufacturing (Industrie Lourde et Oil & Gas) à Bruxelles, nous recherchons un.e Business Manager.

Vous identifiez de nouveaux clients, comprenez leurs enjeux et répondez à leurs besoins.

**Vos missions**:
**Développement commercial**:

- Vous développez votre portefeuille de clients dans le secteur Manufacturing au travers d’action de prospection et de fidélisation de vos clients
- Pour répondre à leurs enjeux et vous assurer de leur satisfaction, votre rôle de conseil vous permettra de les accompagner sur nos trois niveaux d’engagements : assistance technique, centre de service et work package

**Management**:

- En collaboration avec l’équipe Talent Acquisition, vous identifiez et recrutez les meilleurs talents
- Vous accompagnez ensuite votre équipe de consultants en prenant en compte leurs attentes et en les guidant dans leur carrière professionnelle

**Gestion de Business Unit**
- Véritable « intrapreneur », vous développez votre activité et optimisez sa rentabilité en vous appuyant sur la solidité d’un Groupe

**La rémunération**:
Nous proposons un package attractif qui comprend une rémunération fixe, un variable déplafonné versé chaque mois et d’autres avantages.

**Le process recrutement**:
Après un échange téléphonique puis un entretien avec un.e spécialiste Talent Acquisition, vous rencontrerez votre futur.e manager puis le directeur région.

**Votre profil**:
De formation supérieure (école d’ingénieurs, de commerce ou équivalent), vous avez de préférence une connaissance des métiers du secteur Manufacturing.

Une connaissance du conseil en ingénierie et une expérience managériale réussie seront de vrais atouts.
