Pour accompagner la croissance de notre offre Manufacturing (Industrie Lourde et Oil & Gas) à Bruxelles, nous recherchons notre futur.e Business Manager.

Vous identifiez de nouveaux clients, comprenez leurs enjeux et répondez à leurs besoins.

**Vos missions**:
**Développement de votre activité commerciale**:

- Vous développez votre portefeuille clients
- Vous vous assurez de la satisfaction et de la fidélisation de vos clients
- Pour répondre à leurs enjeux, votre rôle de conseil vous permettra d’apporter des solutions ingénieuses sur nos trois niveaux d’engagements (assistance technique, centre de service, work package)

**Management et développement de votre équipe de Consultants Ingénieurs**:

- En collaboration avec l’équipe Talent Acquisition, vous attirez les meilleurs talents
- Vous accompagnez l’évolution de carrière de votre équipe en les guidant vers leur réussite

**Pilotage de votre centre de profit**:

- Véritable intrapreneur, vous développez votre activité et optimisez sa rentabilité

**La rémunération**:
Nous proposons un package attractif qui comprend une rémunération fixe, un variable déplafonné et des avantages.

**La suite des événements**:
Le processus de recrutement comprend tout d’abord un échange téléphonique puis un entretien avec un-e talent acquisition. Vous rencontrerez ensuite votre futur manager puis échangerez avec le directeur région.

**Votre profil**:
De formation supérieure (école d’ingénieurs, de commerce ou équivalent), une connaissance du conseil en ingénierie et une expérience managériale réussie seront de vrais atouts.
